TONY BRANDTMAN - National Sales & Marketing Manager


Tony Brandtman was employed by Watershed in April 2005 as NSW Trading Manager, being responsible for wholesalers, Key Accounts and the management of three sales representatives.  In May 2006 he was appointed the role of National Sales & Marketing Manager, overseeing all distribution and a sales team of 13 staff throughout Australia.  Tony has an extensive history within the wine and retail industry, and was previously involved with Icon Brands, McGuigans Wines and the National Liquor Company.  He is currently studying a Diploma of Wine Marketing at Adelaide University.

 

 

New South Wales

 

MICHAEL FARAH- NSW State Sales Manager

 

Michael Farah was employed by Watershed in June 2003.  In May 2006 he was appointed to the role of NSW State Sales Manager.  Michael has an extensive history within the wine and retail industry.

 

RORY STURGIS - NSW On Premise Manager

Rory Sturgis joined Watershed in August 2008 as On Premise Manager.  Rory has 30 years experience in the wine industry including the past 11 years as On Premise Manager for National Liquor and Yarra Valley Wine Consultants.  Rory focuses on the city and eastern suburbs as well as looking after ACT and the Southern Highlands.

 

PAUL CLARKE - NSW Key Accounts

Paul Clarke joined Watershed in August 2007 as Business Development Manager and is now moving into the Key Accounts role.  Paul has been in the wine industry since 1998 with McGuigan Wines where he worked his way up to NSW Sales Manager and helped the company grow to number 4 in size at that time. 

 

Western Australia

 

MICHAEL BRITTAIN - Area Manager

 

Michael Brittain was employed by Watershed in March 2003.  Michael has an extensive history withinthe wine and retail industry.

 

ANTHEA CONNOR - Area Manager

Anthea was employed by Watershed in March 2006 and is responsible for the South Metropolitan region of Perth, the South West and Great Southern region of WA.  Anthea manages some of our wholesale relationships and continues to grow the Watershed brand in key on-premise market.  Previously she worked for Cadbury Schweppes Australia in a FMCG sales role and has extensive promotional sales experience. 

 

WAYNE HAND - Key Business Manager

Newly appointed to Watershed in February 2009, Wayne is responsible for the territory expanding from South East and East of Perth, the CBD, an area North of Fremantle and country outlets from Cervantes north to Exmouth and east to Kalgoorlie and south east to Esperance.  Wayne has an extensive history in the wine and retail industry and previously worked for McWilliams Wines and Donnelly River Wines in sales and managerial roles.

 

 

Victoria

 

MICHAEL DUYVESTEN - State Sales Manager


Michael was employed by Watershed in 2008.  Michael has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and worked for BHP Billiton for 9 years.  Michael's real passion was wine and he commenced work with Auscellardoor, working in all facets of the retail wine business and also strayed into wine writing in over 20 publications.  A short stint in Sales and Marketing for some local Victorian wine companies in the on premise market led to him fulfilling his desire to work for a Premium Margaret River wine company, Watershed Premium Wines.

 

TRAVIS TAIT - Business Development Manager

Travis commenced employment at Watershed in November 2008.  He started work in the liquor industry in 1988 working for an independent retailer in the eastern suburbs.  With a focus on customer service and excellent product knowledge he worked his way into a management position and then on to Diageo in a merchandiser role.  With a passion for sales Travis enjoys helping business grow and promoting the Watershed brand. 

 

CHRIS GINIS - Victoria Key Accounts/On Premise Manager

Chris began employment with Watershed in June 2004.  He has been in the wine industry for nearly 7 years, launching his own wine label in 2000 with 3 successful wines.  Prior to this Chris ran his own businesses for over 20 years.  Chris has a degree in Town Planning and was a founding member of the Victorian Organic Retailers Association.

 

 

Queensland

 

RAY COMERFORD - State Sales Manager

 

Ray was first employed by Watershed in August 2007.  He has extensive history in the wine industry in on-premise, retail and wholesale.  As State Sales Manager he is also responsible for a territory covering from the Brisbane River South to Grafton in NSW.

 

TONY MAINE - Key Business Development Manager

Tony is our newest addition to the Watershed Sales Team.  Tony has an extensive wine selling history, including being State Manager for National Liquor in QLD.
