Gourmet Escape is coming to Watershed this year!
Cookbook author, television broadcaster and culinary explorer Rick Stein needs little introduction to Australian food-lovers.
A Gourmet Escape favourite, Rick will be returning to Watershed to cook with old mate Dan Gedge, who learned to cook at Rick’s famous seafood restaurant in Cornwall and is now Watershed’s head chef.
Rick and Dan will be creating the sort of food they like best – wholesome, flavour-driven dishes with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce that’s simple and simply delicious.
You’ll dine in the unpretentious atmosphere of Watershed’s large, light-filled dining room, with its high ceilings, wide verandahs and wrap-around windows overlooking the estate’s dam and vineyard.
This leisurely lunch will be accompanied by distinctive wines from Watershed that capture the character of Margaret River.
