Enjoy lunch while you take in that Margaret River ambiance from our light-filled dining room and alfresco dining deck overlooking the estate’s vineyard and dam. Head Chef Dan Gedge’s flavour-driven dishes focus on fresh, seasonal produce and are simply delicious.

Dan Gedge

Originally from the UK, Dan started his career at Rick Stein’s The Seafood Restaurant in the fishing town of Padstow on the North Coast of Cornwall. Dan worked alongside Rick for 8 years and, during this time, he assisted at numerous events and TV productions. Dan’s love for food and travel lead him around the globe and he continues to draw inspiration from the many culinary traditions and cultures he experienced along the way. Instilled with a passion for fresh, sustainable seafood and produce, Dan can often be found at the local farmer’s market supporting local growers and producers. Moving to Margaret River in 2013, Dan became Head Chef at the Watershed Restaurant in December 2014 and has forged a reputation for flavour driven, creative, simple and exciting food.

Bookings for our restaurant are recommended to avoid potential wait times. Restaurant lunch service 12 to 3pm Wed to Sun (open daily during peak times)

The café does not require a booking. Café lunch service 12 – 3pm daily. Coffee and cake 10am to 5pm
