Tony Brandtman was employed by Watershed in April 2005 as NSW Trading Manager, being responsible for wholesalers, Key Accounts and the management of three sales representatives. In May 2006 he was appointed the role of National Sales & Marketing Manager, overseeing all distribution and a sales team of 13 staff throughout Australia. Tony has an extensive history within the wine and retail industry, and was previously involved with Icon Brands, McGuigans Wines and the National Liquor Company.

John’s background in liquor started at Brown Brothers and in this 15 year period he held roles from a sales representative to a major account manager. From there John took up a position as State Manager with Beelgara Estate for three years and then NSW State Manager with Domaine Wine Shippers shortly after. After doing some consulting for Glendonbrook Wines, John took up an exciting role with Lambloch Estate as General Manager where he set up their Hunter Valley Cellar Door and looked after all other areas of their business which involved five brands including wine and whiskey. In 2012 John took up a position with Cumulus Estate Wines as National Sales Manager and more recently was the NSW State Manager of Epoch Wine Group, which is the company set up by Cumulus to manage and sell other brands other than their own.

Starting in the food industry, her passion for travel took her to the U.K & Europe. Hospitality roles, always combined Katrina’s loves of people, food & wine. With a flair for the on-premise trade, it was a natural progression into the wine world. In the early days, Katrina represented a wine & liquor wholesaler, before studying WSET and joining a family winery, Nugan Estate. Katrina then represented a fully imported folio for The Spanish Acquisition for 3 years before becoming the brand ambassador for Woodstock Estate. Then in March 2015, Katrina joined us at Watershed Premium Wines.

Appointed to Watershed in February 2009, Wayne is responsible for the territory expanding from West of the Freeway from Nedlands to Mandurah and South East of Rossmoyne to Harvey. His country area is from Lancelin North to Exmouth and East to Kalgoorlie and South East to Esperance. Wayne has an extensive history in the wine and retail industry and previously worked for McWilliams Wines and Donnelly River Wines in sales and managerial roles

Neil has had over 25 years experience in the liquor industry where has held a variety of roles with companies such as Seagrams, Vintages Estates of Australia and has worked on and off for over 18 years with Houghtons. During this period of time Neil had gained some invaluable experience into the liquor and specifically the wine industry and it was then in 2010 that he decided to manage a large liquor store where he was successful in growing the business by over 50% over the 2 years that he was there. Neil joins Watershed with a great understanding of all sides of the liquor industry.

Ray was first employed by Watershed in August 2007. He has extensive history in the wine industry in on-premise, retail and wholesale. As State Sales Manager he is also responsible for a territory covering from the Brisbane River South to Grafton in NSW.
