Yes, we are happy to accommodate and cater for large or intimate weddings that are sure to meet your requirements

Download our Wedding Booklet and fill in the details on the last page. Then, return the form to us in person or via email weddings@watershedwines.com.au, post (Wedding Coordinator, PO BOX 89, Margaret River, WA, 6285) or fax (08) 9757 3999.

Deposit is required when booking to secure your day.

Once the final guest numbers have been confirmed the organiser will be invoiced. The final invoice must be paid in full 2-week prior to your reception.

If a wedding is cancelled, Watershed reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on an estimated value of your reception including venue hire and your chosen food and beverage package. Cancellation notices received before 90 days of your wedding will be charged deposit only, within 90 days will be charged at 50% plus deposit, notices received within 60 days will be charged at 75% plus deposit, notices received within 30 days will be charged in full.

Watershed offers a delicious and affordable range of menus so you will not need to go to the extra hassle of organising your own caterer.

Watershed offers a selection of Premium wines and beverages, so you will not need to BYO.

We suggest that all items brought on to the property be insured as Watershed will accept no responsibility for damages to personal property. Any damage from guests to the Watershed’s property, facilities, equipment, fittings or surrounds will become the financial responsibility of the Organiser. Any damage made will be invoiced be to the Organiser.

No other event will be scheduled for the same day; however, for exclusive use of the Watershed restaurant, a minimum of 60 guests is required.

No alcohol may be brought on to the Watershed premises. Normal alcohol service rules will apply.

NO! There are no hidden fees or extras. The price we quote is the price you will pay.

Watershed has you covered (pardon the pun!). We offer full undercover seating area and function room.

Children are well catered for at Watershed including special kids meals.

Absolutely! We have wheelchair access and toilet facilities here at Watershed so all your guests can join in.
